What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payment by PayPal and all major credit cards/debit cards.
How do I know that you have received my order?
Once you've placed your order and upon successful payment completion you will be sent to an order confirmation page, which will contain your order number. This information will also be emailed to you, but it could take up to 30 minutes to arrive in your inbox, once our warehouse team have processed your order, you will receive a second email to let you know that your order has been dispatched and is on its way to you.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Most items on FAYROUZY are sent directly from our network of designers/suppliers—certain suppliers can take a bit longer to arrive than others. To see exactly when your order is expected to arrive, check in on your “My Orders” section of your Account.
Your order(s) may come from various locations, and may arrive to you in more than one package, but only one delivery fee is charged for your entire order.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Absolutely! Make sure to enter your preferred shipping address whenever you place an order.
Do you have a paper catalog?
No. All of our styles are shown on the website and stock information changes every minute. So we do not issue paper catalog and you can see all our products online.
How often do you add new styles?
We add new styles every day, except holidays. Our goal is bring all the latest fashions and trends to our customers as fast as we can.
